Sale of 1 Lysander Drive, Market Deeping

Pigeon is pleased to announce the the sale of 1 Lysander Drive, Market Deeping to Glass Systems.

Glass Systems are the UK’s number one choice for insulated Glass Units. They are part of the Press Glass Group, the largest independent sealed unit manufacturer for the construction and window industry in Europe. The acquisition of Market Deeping will enable them to increase their operational capacity by 40% in the East of England.

We acquired 1 Lysander Drive in late 2021. The unit comprises 87,137 square feet of modern warehouse and office accommodation and was originally constructed in 2006 for Landis & Gyr who owned the building until 2021. We undertook an extensive refurbishment before marketing the building. Savills and JLL acted for us on the sale.
