Pigeon Insight Week

On 10 June, we held the very first Pigeon Insight week.

We welcomed seven University students/recent graduates to Linden Square to spend the week immersed in our business. They benefitted from time with each department gaining an understanding of the overall business and how the teams work together. The week was filled with several site visits, interactive sessions, and culminated in presentations from the participants showcasing their learnings and career aspirations.

All the attendees said that they found the week both interesting and helpful and that the time with each department was an “invaluable experience”.
