Quy Mill Hotel Expansion Confirmed

The Pigeon Planning team secured unanimous approval from South Cambridgeshire Planning Committee for a significant expansion of the Quy Mill Hotel & Spa.

The project will increase the number of rooms from 52 to 98, along with enhancements to the Restaurant, Spa, Swimming Pool, and Car Parking facilities. Located on 12 acres in the Cambridgeshire greenbelt, the expansion will boost the hotel’s commercial viability and create more jobs in the Cambridge area.
