Pigeon has acquired the Broadway Business Park in Yaxley, south of Peterborough. The property comprises a multi-let industrial site extending to approximately 13 acres and a mix of industrial buildings and open storage plots.

The Business Park has a low site density and offers asset management opportunities including new developments and working with the tenants to improve the existing estate.
