Pigeon acquired Broadland Gate as bare farmland in 2016, in a joint venture with Ifield Group. This 48-acre site of commercial development land sits at the intersection of the A47 and the Norwich Distributor Road, making it a prime location for one of the leading employment hubs east of Norwich. More than 80% of the site is now sold or under offer, with notable occupiers, including Norfolk Constabulary, which chose Broadland Gate for its new police investigation centre serving the east of Norwich.

Jaguar Land Rover dealership opened in September 2023, and we also welcome Gridserve – a pioneering scheme that offers a dedicated motor service area for electric vehicles, with 36 EV charging bays. Lidl and McDonald’s are on site, together with a 60-bed care home that opened in November 2022. A small number of plots remain available at this highly prominent and accessible development.
