Meet our Tenants – Oranmore Precast

Oranmore Precast let our industrial manufacturing site in Brandon, Norfolk. Extending to over 37 acres, their site accommodates a mix of factories, open storage, and distribution. They have been our tenants since 2011, when they first started manufacturing in England. They have continued to grow and develop the business and are now the largest manufacturer of hollowcore flooring in the UK.

Their precast concrete slabs are manufactured in Brandon and are suitable for use in a range of commercial buildings, car parks, offices, apartments and in all types of housing. They have recently been researching a low-carbon product, in conjunction with national contractor Mace, utilising a cement-free alternative that will be cast in situ reducing travel costs.
