Burnham-on-Crouch Sale

Pigeon has completed the sale of land at Burnham-on-Crouch to Barratt David Wilson Eastern Counties, following an initial land disposal to the home builder earlier this year.

The site consists of 63 new homes along with associated infrastructure, totalling 100 new homes when combined with the earlier sale.
