Pigeon sells GRIDSERVE freehold ground lease to Wesleyan

Pigeon is delighted to announce the sale of the GRIDSERVE freehold ground lease for the purpose-built electric forecourt with 36 charging bays at Broadland Gate, Norwich. The ground lease has been sold to Wesleyan, based in Birmingham.

Broadland Gate is a joint venture development between Pigeon and the Ifield Group.

This was a unique opportunity, and the first of its kind to come to the market. The Broadland Gate development has grown rapidly over the last five years and has attracted some excellent occupiers.”
