Residential Land Sale at Trimley St Martin

Pigeon has completed the sale of land at Trimley St Martin to Bellway Homes.

The site has been sold, on behalf of the landowners, with a Resolution to Grant for up to 139 homes (including a provision of affordable homes), land for a new two-form primary school, a pre-school facility, open space, and associated infrastructure.
