Adding value through expertise
The Pigeon Board and senior management team have been industry leaders in the region over many years. They have built an unrivalled network of contacts and knowledge, often securing investment opportunities off-market and competitively. This has enabled them to create a diverse and exciting portfolio and have a track record of delivering double-digit returns over a range of asset types.
The team takes an analytical approach to assess risk and reward and looks for assets that can be enhanced through active asset management. This includes planning, refurbishment, and redevelopment opportunities. We treat our tenants as customers, providing solutions for their property requirements and building long-term relationships.
Our in-house funding and planning & design teams help us optimise opportunities to deliver the greatest possible return on investment for our investors and key stakeholders.
We have leased office space from Pigeon since 2019. They have worked with us to meet our changing space requirements as our business grows and are always ready to help.
